Appraisal/Hardwood

Yesterday I sent $350 to the RE agent (Lorna Lloyd - Century 21 South Tointe Realty - 7278 Highway 85, Riverdale GA 30274) for the appraisal.

Yesterday I sent $568 to the builder (Brookview Builders - Design Expressions - 1343A Business Center Dr, Conyers, GA 30094) because I wanted to put more hardwood on the first floor. The builder will start to put in the floor and the other design stuff that Charm chose for us yesterday.

Yesterday, I sent off via fax 2 references for Jaki to the ATL board of ed. She will be following up on the job.

I have to get a hold of the $ I have and the $ that I send out.
